The ‘ICBE Through the Years’ book is not only a souvenir book celebrating the ten ICBE gatherings (2002-2019) but also a book that helps preserve our cultural heritage as Igorot Cordillerans. That through this way of documentation, we could continuously pass on to the next generation relevant information, knowledge and wisdom that were captured from speeches, reflections and stories told during the past ten ICBE gatherings. Included in this book are also photos, copies of the impressions, chants, letters, evaluations, and turnover rituals as well as articles submitted by fellow Igorot Cordillerans in Europe.
This book is the product of solicitation from many: Igorot Cordillera organizations in Europe and abroad, Igorots in Europe and outside the continent, organizations in Europe, individuals in Europe and abroad, and a few Igorot businesses.
